How many people can use the account?

What happens if I run out of credits before the month is over?

Everything you have already made stays where it is and your channels stay connected. To make something new you either wait for your credits to reset at the start of the next month, or move up a plan, which takes effect immediately.

What is the difference between Core and Plus?

Credits and channels. Core is 10,000 credits a month and one channel each on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Plus is 40,000 credits and three channels each. Everything else is the same on both, including all three agents and unlimited users.

How many credits will my videos use?

An hour of video costs 2,000 credits to clip and 2,000 to edit, and a thumbnail or image costs 100. So a 30-minute video is about 1,000 credits to clip, and Core’s 10,000 a month covers five hours of video, or a hundred images, or any mix that adds up.

Does everything use credits, or only clipping, editing and images?

Everything draws on the same monthly pool, including comment replies, playlisting, writing and ideation. The three figures on each plan are the heaviest jobs, so they are the useful ones for sizing a month against the work you actually do.

Do unused credits carry over to the next month?

No. Credits included with a plan reset at the start of each billing month, and anything unused does not carry over.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes, either way. An upgrade takes effect immediately and a downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. The fees are prorated for the rest of the period you have already paid for.

Not right now. Moving up a plan is how you get more credits today, and top-ups are something we may add later.

Does the $5 first month include all the credits?

Yes, the full 10,000. The first month is a discount on the price and nothing else, so a $5 month on Core carries the same credits as a $29.99 one. Plus works the same way at $15.

What do I get on the free trial?

Seven days of the plan you pick, with no card required. Trials are one per account and cannot be combined with other offers.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have paid for, and nothing is charged after that. Subscriptions are otherwise non-refundable, except where local law provides otherwise, such as the 14-day cooling-off period for digital services in the EU.

How much cheaper is paying yearly?

About 20%. Core is $23.99 a month billed yearly instead of $29.99, and Plus is $79.99 instead of $99.99, which saves $72 and $240 a year. Your credits are the same either way and still arrive monthly, so a yearly plan gives you twelve monthly allowances rather than one big one.
